20th Century Flashbacks
20th Century Flashbacks
An interactive way for your students to step back in time and connect with music styles and composers of the past.
Flashbacks organize the popular Classics for Kids podcasts, select YouTube videos, and color coded Music History Infographics with clever graphics on Google Slides.
Because the slides are available with a link, they can be easily shared with students via email, your Tonara account or in Zoom. The slides can be viewed on an iPad or computer which makes them ideal for student completion at home, during Off Bench Time or during online lessons.
Although information is shared with the help of hip technology, students showcase what they learn with old-fashioned paper and pencil using One Page Reports. These simple templates offer a place for students to jot down notes and doodle as they listen. Studies show that we listen and remember information better when we doodle. Read more here.
