Welcome to the Expedition!

This series of 3 Get Inspired! episodes (22-24) correlates with the Passport to Music Digital Badge Boards.

The digital badge board is a colorful way to keep track of a 30-piece Challenge.

The challenge? Learn 30 pieces in one year of piano lessons.

Every time you have prepared a piece for the challenge, you earn a “stamp” on your passport!

To show that you earned the stamp, change the image of the stamp to its original color.

Celebrate your achievement!

As a reward for each stamp, treat yourself to listening to music from that country.

Some videos feature traditional music: music that originated from that country or in some cases, the continent.

Some videos feature music that was performed in the country.

As you listen, ask yourself three things and share your answers with your teacher

  1. How much do I like this music?

  2. What made the music or performer in each video unique or fascinating?

  3. Which video was my favorite?

Click on the buttons below to get to the other two Passport to Music Episodes.
